Inquiries do not create a client relationship
Submitting a form, scheduling a review, uploading a file, receiving a response, or discussing a potential project does not create a client, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or joint-venture relationship. An engagement begins only under a separate written agreement accepted by the applicable parties.
Service descriptions, pricing, and estimates
Website content describes general service capabilities and is not a binding offer. Starting prices and packages depend on stated assumptions and project scope. Additional pages, hosting work, branding, copywriting, integrations, ecommerce, security requirements, data preparation, hardware, support, or other functionality may change pricing and delivery timing. A separate proposal or agreement controls if it conflicts with this site.
AI, automation, and professional review
AI-generated or automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific decision. They are tools that support — not replace — the judgment of licensed and qualified professionals. Your organization remains responsible for review, approval, and compliance decisions within its own obligations.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, design, and marks, is owned by RogueFractal or its licensors and is provided for your internal evaluation. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RogueFractal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
